60-minute 1:1 Kick Start Initial Appointment 

30-minute 1:1 Follow-up Coaching Sessions for Accountability and Support

Gain knowledge and skills that you will use to reach your goals and maintain your success. Stay on track with weekly or biweekly follow-up sessions.

Unlimited Private Messaging Support 

24/7 access to a client portal/app that you can use to send messages to me. Ask questions and feel supported during your weight loss journey. 

Educational Handouts

Educational materials that you can use as a reference during and after the program.

Food Journal Review with Feedback 

Keep a food journal using your client portal/app that is sent directly to me to get feedback and suggestions to help you reach your goals.
