24/7 access to a client portal/app that you can use to send messages to me. Ask questions and feel supported during your weight loss journey.

Educational materials that you can use as a reference during and after the program.

Food Journal Review with Feedback 

Keep a food journal using your client portal/app that is sent directly to me to get frequent feedback and suggestions to help you reach your goals.
